James Babbidge

My grandfather was Grover Cleveland Babbidge. His father was Roscoe Green Babbidge. Roscoe's father was Perez Babbidge. Perez's father was James Babbidge - Jame's spouse was Hannah Green.
This James Babbidge was born abt 1770 or 1773.
I need to know who James's father was. (There are many James Babbidges, many Courtney Babbidges etc.)
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
