Lost Children

A friend of mine had a child, when he was younger and she would be about 23 now. Her name was nikki or some type of spelling of nikki with the last name gagner. He's been looking for her for a long time. Last place he figures she might be is california. If anyone has any links or clues or knows what I am talking about send me an email.
