Isaac Jackson of KY, OH, IN, TN

Looking for parents of Isaac Jackson b. Abt. 1887/1888 in Kentucky. He married Ellen Collins Abt. 1905/1906. He had 2 children, Josephine B. Jackson b. Abt. 1914/1915 in Ohio and Herbert Edward Jackson b. 22 April 1924 in Indiana, d. Oct 1990 in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio. Per the 1930 Census, he owned a Farm in the 5th District, Claiborne Co., TN. I have not been able to find him in any other Census records or any family trees. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
