JACOBY

I am looking for a CLARENCE JACOBY, married to a MARY ELIZABETH (BRADY) JACOBY. I have papers from the sale of Marys' parents inn, and it is signed as MARY JACOBY and CLARENCE JACOBY. It was signed in Bay City, Michigan, March 1908. They had 3 children. For some unknown reason, to this day, the children were adopted out, 2 to one family, 1 to another. The adoption names of children were SHULTZ and HEIDER. From what we've been able to come up with, CLARENCE JACOBY wound up in the state of Washington. Mary lost the children, and eventually married a Mathew Keenan, having 4 boys: Mathew Jr., Thomas, George, and Arthur Keenan. I'd like to know why my great grandmother lost the children, what happened in the marraige/family for such a break up of family members. All of the names mentioned are now deceased. All I want to know is what happened? Are there any family links out there? I will answer all inquiries. Keeping my fingers crossed.......
