I am friends with a William Lewis Loy. His mother is in Charleston, SC and his father died a few years ago. His father was in Chicago, Illinois. Not sure of the origin of all his Loy relatives. He has 2 sisters and a brother. One sister is Dana, she is in CA. The other is Melissa and lives in SC. My friend lives in Alabama. He is in his early 40's. I am not sure if we can help you find anyone but if we can please let us know. Might be a whole different litter of Loys (so to speak).
