John C. Moss

I am trying to learn who were the parents of John C. Moss born Va. 1799 died in Barren co. Ky 1876 and married Rachel McGee in abt.1825 in Tenn. I beleive his father was a Major John Moss who received a land grant in 1799 for service in the Revolutionary War.
