Looking for lost cousin.

Hi, my name is Robyn Tilley. I am looking for my cousin Matthew O'Brien or his mother Pauline O'Brien. Matthew was born around December 1986, I belive his mother was about 16 when she had him. He was born in St.Johns Newfoundland and when Matthew was one year and a half old his mother Pauline, took him and moved to Toronto I belive. None of our family has heard from either one of them since. If you have any information please let me know.
