any info on a elizabeth okeeffe parents John Thomas Okeeffe and Elizabeth Loughlin(various spellings who came to scotland from London @ the turn of the century believed to have had twins (girls ) then went back to london, she may have named the father as a man called Hincey,believed stayed with relatives in scotland called loughlin..
