medical info needed

I am looking for info regarding my birth parents.I need medical info.Their names are Howard L. Tackett and Roberta Tackett. They had 2 small children,a boy and a girl.They were about 3-6 years of age when I was born.I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in September 1961. I know that they were having problems,and were planning to divorce.They moved to either to Tennessee or Kentucky. I desperately need this information. If you know anything,please contact me.
