Wachter / Kern from Germany to Australia

I am interested in finding some information regarding my fathers' mothers side of the family. I have some details.
My grandmothers name was Sophia Lucy Wachter and she was born in Australia in 1894 after her parents, Christian Heinrich Wachter and Mother Karoline Gottliebin (or Gottliebien or Gotlieben) previously Kern came to Australia From Wurtemburg around late 1880's or early 1900's, they were naturalised in Australia in 1911.
They had 7 chidlren and most of them were born in Australia I think, Pauline Sophie the eldest was born in Nuenstadt in 1886. Their parents were Christian Simon Kern married to Johanne and Karl Wachter and Karoline Fsisterar (Pfister could also be the spelling as our registry records in Australia are not very correct in spelling of German names). There was a brother to Christian named Christian Gotlob Wachter born in Nuenstadt on Kocker Wurtenburg in 1888 who came to Australia in 1887
