Hi there. I am a descendant of the Jorden family of alveley in shropshire. They also moved onto to Dunsley. they originally held land in Astley near alveley. The earliest we can find is Humphrey Jorden around 1539. Do you have any info on this family? would love to hear from you if you have. They were a very highly educated family and very well connected.
