finding long lost Uncle

I am looking for my uncle that I have never met. His fathers name was Raymond Edward Arnold and I know that his mother and father were not married. He lived with his father and step mother when he was a child in Sarnia Ontario Canada. This man would be approx. 60 yrs old or so.
