My connection is with ASA Broughton who married Mary Horton and settled in the Niagara area, Their children were Amos,Isaac,Asa,Mary,David, Wiliam,John,Sarah,Lovina,Hannah,Susannah. Asa came from NYS to Niagara sometime late 1790's early 1800. Mary's father was Isaac Horton also from NYS and was an UEL. They applied for land grants as she being a daughter of an UEL in 1806.They lived in and around Clinton/Gainsboro townships of Lincoln county.
