looking for a brother we've never met

My two sisters and I have recently met each other for the first time(3 years ago). I am 31, sisters are 32 and 27...we were just told that we have a brother that was born in Korea in 1969 when our biological "father" was serving in the U.S. Army, stationed in Korea...the biological father would have been known as "Johnny" or "Penny" by the child's mother. If you know of anyone in or from Korea who maybe relevant to this situation, please contact me at scyopp@cox.net...the mother's name was Huang Nihm Ye (not sure of the correct spelling)...this brother would be half African-American...if you are out there, you have three sisters who would love to meet you and build a relationship... and hopefully make up for the relationship that you and neither one of us has ever had with the biological "father" and have just recently been given the opportunity to have with each other...
