Spath, Oberst Families from Diefenbach, Germany

Looking for my great-great grandmother's family. She was Sophia Spath, born 13 Oct 1864 in Diefenbach, Wurtt., Germ; died 18 Apr 1945 in Elgin, Kane Co., IL. She immigrated to the US in 1880. She married Johann "Wilhelm" Puffpaff in Dundee, Kane Co., IL on 8 Dec 1883. Her parents (listed on on marriage license) were John (Johann) Spath & Elisabetha Oberst. John & Elisabetha also had a son named Christ who immigrated to Chicago & married a woman named Julia. Does anyone recognize these names?
