In a book it stated my lineage Joshua Parkes family moved from the Firth of Fifth into Ireland, can anyone tell me what that means? He was in Bedford county, Tn no later than 1815 and he had children listed born in NC/SC. Some of the names are, Robert, Jefferson, James, John, Eleanor, Sarah, Cynthia, and Margaret. I am trying to find his birthdate, etc, also on his wife Sarah. I don't have marriage date either.
