You are right there arent any De Giulio in Castro dei Volsci on the phone book www.paginebianche.it
as you can see for yourself but there are many De Giuli - that is normal many surnames got changed maybe just by spelling it wrong or by writing it wong by the ellis island people when the early italians came over from italy.
