I know that my grandmother's maiden name was Cister which her parents or grand parents changed to Sisti. They moved to Passaic NJ at some point. I looked on the Social Security Death Index and there's 284 people with the last name Sisti, so there's not that many out there. I don't know where to start with researching that part of my family tree, since my Sisti/Cister relatives have passed on. I may be distantly related to you. What do you know about the Sisti family? Thank you.
