from what i've heard about my roots my g great grandfather came from argentina, his name was Jose G. Mendivil, he came to a small town called altar sonora he played an instrument not sure what kind, then he moved to a ranch named el prieto it is near Trincheras sonora, they say he was an only son but i don't think so, I would really like to hear from you, about your family tree, as far as i know the mendivil family the majority of is from sonora.
