Hi Norma, I'm a descendant of a Mendivil Orduno from Alamos Sonora. I understand that in the first half of the 19th century, there was a Jose Mendivil who married Magdalena Olea in Alamos. Their children were Loreto, Dolores, Carmen, Luz, Jose Maria, Abelardo, Adolfo and Francisco. Dolores or Loreto would be my ggggg mother.
