Ancestry Search in Bilbao

In April of this year, I will be going to Madrid to be with the Franciscans of San Gregorio Magno Province of Castilla. My grandmother was a Landazabal who told us when she was still alive, that her mother, Simeona, was a Spanish/Basque mestiza whose family comes from Bilbao. Kindly help me search if there really is a Landazabal family in Bilbao, and if anyone with that family name went to live in the Philippines. Thank you so much and God bless.
