lf you have information about the "Hovers" name. l would be very grateful to hear about it.
l have found "Hovers" in Holland from the 16/17centuries, from Haarlem, Holland, they must be related somewhere along the line.
l also found "Hovers" name in a book of "East Anglian" names, (thats the eastern part of England, Norfolk, Lincolnshire) and it meant "A person who works on the Dykes(Canals)and in the 17/18c, that part of England was reclaimed from the sea, and Dykes/canals built.
So l wonder if thats why the "Hovers"came over here.
