My grandmother's maiden name was Lily Louisa Helyar. She had several brothers and sisters and her fathers name was Robert Helyar, a master stone mason, born 9/10/1862 in East Coker. He married Ellen Burt, (father's name was Walter Burt). Robert's father was John Helyar, a master shoemaker, who was married to Mary Noble.
I am compiling our family tree using Family Tree Maker and would be grateful if any of those who have added to this thread have any information which links to any of the above.
