Looking to help a friend. His father was either Robert or William Chalmers, Newmaines, Scotland. He was married to a lady named Fanny. Paul Kevin Chalmers was adopted. He knows he was born 29.7.1958. He has brothers and sisters Margaret. Carol. Ian and Malcolm all from Birmingham
Any help would be very much appreciated.
