My 2x great grandfather was Edward Hillier/Helyar born around 1840 according to the 1881 census somewhere in Somerset...Yeovil we think.
He made his way up to London where he married Ann Webb in 1871. We have a feeling he may have come up to London with a brother.
Does anyone have him in their tree or can throw any light where I can find more info on him. I cannot locate him in any other census.
