I have the same info that you have, except that Court and Francis Knott had 6 children. . .the last of them born in Hawkinge. I looked there for Francis Knott Finniss' death, but it was not there. I'd love to know when she was born (although I may have recently found that) and died. I'm assuming she died before he married Elizabeth Hoile. I have STRONG clues that the first child, Court, born in 1798, is actually my Charles Court Finniss who went to Canada. . .this because of military records from New Brunswick. Just can't quite make it a sure thing yet, but I'm trying!
