My Great Grandfather (born in about 1884, died 1953) was Henry Geddes Hynd (son of Henry and Helen). Henry G. Hynd married Jeanie Robertson on 7/12/1912 in Dunfermline. They had 3 or 4 sons with only one surviving past two years old - My Grandfather Wilfred Peacock Hynd (later changed to Wilfred Robert Hynd). He always said that his father was one of 16 children?? According to the marriage record of Henry and Jeanie, as of 7/12/1912, Helen Hynd was already deceased. Henry, Jeanie and Wilfred moved to Los Angeles, CA U.S.A. in 1923.
