finding my dad

I am looking for my dad, Billy(william)Devlin. I havent seen him for over 9 years and I would like to get in contact with him - his last known address is in Easterhouse, Glasgow. I dont know his date of birth but he is around 45-50 years of age and may still be living in the glasgow area. Any help would be gratefully recieved.
