Hi Alison
Im not sure if you can help me.Im adopted and am looking for my birth mother,Jennifer Wicks.I came to the records centre and found what I thought was her marriage certificate,calling her Jennifer Reid.I traced her to an adress in Brent,London and she is saying its completely the wrong person.Im am almost 100% sure the marriage certificate I have is that of my birth mother so dont know how this could have happened as I traced her through the electoral roll.
Please could you give me some idea of the next step I should be taking in my search.
