birth parents- Colorado 1957

I am trying to find my birth parents. I was born 29 May 1957. I think I was born in Denver, Colorado. I was adopted through the Lutheran Service Society. I was told my biological father was the son of a Lutheran minister. The name Detteman comes up. This could be who took care of me for the first three months of my life or it could be the name of either my birth mother or father.
