Looking for half sister

I am looking for my half sister Vicky. She was born Mar.24,1950 in Kansas,to William Bissell and Lila Bissell. William's aunt Ruby Sheer adopted Vicky when she was little,but William was not to tell her who he was to her! I last saw Vicky When she was about 7 and I was 2,but of course I don't remember her,but heard about her all my life when my dad was alive. I named my first son Brian, and when my father found out, he was filled with joy in his heart and you could she it in his eyes.I asked him why he liked the name Brian so much? " He said because Vickies son's name is Brian!"I would tease him about having two grandsons named Brian,and he would just say,"It makes me feel closer to Vicky!"Vicky Bissell/Sheer,if you or someone you Know see's this,Please Email me, I would love to talk to you.
