Trying to help my brother in law look for sister

I am trying to help my Brother in Law look for his sister who was put up for adoption in Knoxville Tn.
She was born in June around Fathers Day, either 1972 or 1973. Birth mother was forced to give up the baby and will not talk about it.
She was sent to a Lutheran home for unwed mothers in Knoxville. Possibly gave birth there or Knoxville General Hospital.
Baby girls birth name was Natalie Hickman.
If this sounds fimiliar to anyone PLease help.
