Looking for my niece

Looking for my niece.She was born April 1 1944-5 in Atlanta Georgia .Her Parents were Author J.Harrell & Lula Bell Newberry.She had blonde hair
blue eyes and. She lived in Ben Hill Ga.Fulton County.She was given up around 1949 give or take a year either way. I would love to fine her I never stop thinking about her.I am about 5 yrs. older then she is. There is 8 brothers & sisters for her now.Her Name was Mary Olvine Harrell,don't know if it was changed or not.
Wolud appreciate any help you might have.
