I am searching for my husbands biological sister Birthname Tina Marie Faulkner DOB 4-15-1980. She was placed into foster care in the state of Georgia, county of Muskogee,(columbus, ga) in the early 1980's. We do not know if she was adopted out, or left in the system. She has 3 older siblings who are all searching for her. She was born at Phoebe puntnam hospital in Albany Georgia. Any one with any information please email me. Thank you
