Missing twins

Around 1890--1895 twins were born to the William Lee Putman family in Colorado. Several years later they were placed for adoption. Adoption has been sealed. I belive I know one twin, (William Jonathan Putman), but not the other. I would like to find him and verify the other one as his brother. Both would be deceased, but there must be relatives out there who would be interested..
