looking for my little brother scott

i am looking for my little brother scott who had been adopted when our mother passed away. the last thing i knew he was adopted to a family with the last name ready and the dads name was jim/james and they were living in gorgia. i lost touch with him shortly after our mother died in 1999 (only 6 years ago) her name was vicky. i was about 16 when she died and i think scott was about 6 or a year or two older. i am 21 now and going to have a baby and would love nothing more than to reintroduce scott to the family he never really got to meet and get to know the person i have thought about for so many years
