help identifying special coat of arms

I am trying to identify a coat of arms that is embroidered on what I think is a civil war pocket (a lady would have embroidered this for her military man to carry on his belt), but I supposed it could be older than that. This one looks like two dragons or they could be lions but look like they are winged and each has a foot up to touch what looks like a pedistal with maybe a torch on top. At the bottom there is a scrolling line with two lines on each end. I could take a digital photo and email it if anyone could help me identify it. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
