I've been searching for Lince info, too. Here are some things I've found:
There is a profile on Friedrich Wilhelm Linss, born 11 Apr 1756 in the (now German) region of Hessen Hanau. He married Elizabeth Kemmer on 9 March 1775. FW Linss and wife and first daughter went to the new world in 1777; he was a Hessian soldier for the British. The profile of Linss was prepared by M.A. Schwalm and is housed in the Schwalm archives. 2) I've been trying to find the link between Frederick William and Bartholomew (his son) and Nancy Castleman, whom i believe were the parents of my great-grandfather Leonard Lince. Anyone know if I'm correct there?

3) Jeanette, I think you were looking for the info on James Francis Lince. I found a blurb on Lyman history of Yakima Valley (washington state) on google.com. Email me if you want a copy.

4) Finally: Joann Lince, you say you're Lowell's wife? Is this Lowell Lince originally of Selah? I'm one of Bob Lince's daughters, now living in Colorado.
