The places you are looking for were not in Bohemia! They are in Croatia... an area where many Czechs and Slovaks settled beginning in the 18th century. They are about 53 miles SE of the capital Zagreb and a few miles from one another. Novi Antunovac (means Anthony's New Town)

There is another town called Antunovac about 60 miles east of there near Osijek, Croatia.

Joseph may have originally been Josef or Josip, James is strictly an English name and is a variant of Jacob so it is anyones guess what this name was before
Croatian online phone book lists 1 HOKE in all of Croatia not far from the above towns.

You also listed DOMITROVIC (domeetrovich, means son of Demitro) but gave no details. This is a Croatian name found in a few places in Croatia Ogulin/Bosiljevo and also Severin. The later is near the above mentioned villages.
The LDS Church (Mormon) church has microfilmed over 1200 parish records for Croatia which are available at the local Family History Center near you. For instance for Severin they have microfilms of the Orthodox Church records, DOMITROVIC may be either Roman Catholic or Orthodox.
