My grandfather Franz Gatz came to Wisconsin USA in 1894. He came from LaBussow Pommerania near Stolpe and near the small town of Gatz Pommerania. My grandmothers name was Paulina Papke. They were married in a Lutheran Church in Daber Pommerania. Franz father was Ludwig Gustave Gatz, mother was Emilie Henriette Kruger Gatz. Franz grandfather was Georg Friedrich Gatz, grandmother was Luise Kusch Gatz.
I would be happy to exchange any Gatz info with you.
