Hi Everyone, I am still searching for any reference to the origin of the surname HOPLA !!! While it may have first appeared in West Wales, in 1600's I cannot find anything before this.... :-( So I wonder if anyone else has found the name Hopla, Hoplah or Hopler anywhere else in Europe ? Any help would be greatly appreciated....
